Ad hoc support
pro t-m starts it´s interim management – meaning the management of a (sub-) organization for a limited period of time – on the working assumption of a a critical situation within the organization. It is thus a complementary element for troubleshooting and project management, in which a pro t-m consultant is directly integrated into the customer organization.
The focus here lies on management functions such as executive positions and the management of departments.
Alternatively, a strategic position might need to be created for a defined periond of time, such as project coordination and / or quality management.
All pro t-m consultants have already worked successfully relevant management positions and have also proven their ability to manage staff.
pro t-m serves:
- Experienced management consultants – often already familiar with the client-company – are ad hoc available
- Necessary, but unpleasant, measures can be implemented without burdening the client’s executives
