Rolf Diesch

Prof. Dr. Rolf Diesch has a PhD for production technology from the Technical University of Munich and has worked in the Siemens Group in various management functions at interface positionss between development and production. He started his career in the telecommunications area as a project manager. In the following years he took on various international tasks and became a member of the integration team of NokiaSiemensNetworks before heading the the product engineering group with 180 employees at 10 international locations. Until September 2015, he was head of the Group Development Department at Lean Management for Siemens AG.

In October 2015, he was appointed to the professorship “Production Automation and Automation Systems” at Kempten University of Applied Sciences.
